Because all Ricch Apparel products are printed on demand especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.
However we will always make it right if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- Your item has a print defect
- You receive the wrong item
In any of these cases contact us at rupeericch07@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
EU customers — under EU Consumer Rights law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us at rupeericch07@gmail.com to initiate this.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method once approved.
